Everything feels the same. I am walking the same routes, eating at the same places, shopping at the same delis... there's only one thing different. And that one thing makes this visit much more special....

She's finally here and everything feels brand new.
Carrie and Christian met us at the airport and we headed into the city to The James.
What a sick hotel!!!!
We overlook the marquee of Tribeca Cinemas. The same marquee that I used to have to changed just to get money for the train, cigarettes, and a few meals a week.
It's strange how things change. Especially comfort.
We hit up Bubby's for dinner. Had to go pulled pork, mac and cheese, and hush puppies.
Tastes like America. Like freedom. Like heavenly bliss.
Waddled home and slept early.
New York..... It's good to see you again.
