Where In The World Live Series

Considering we all have cameras on our phones, in our pockets, around our necks or slung behind our backs...
Why not shoot a little bit of music?
I started making films by doing this. I lugged my Hi8 to shows at the Troc, Electric Factory, FU Church and other venues in Philly.
Soooo...
I am proposing this new part of Where In The World for us all to get involved.
If you are going to a show, bring a camera, pull your phone out... do whatever it takes.
Just shoot a complete song of an artist you like... title it Where In The World x "The Artist" and I'll host it here for everyone to see.
It doesnt have to be anything fancy.
Just a way to expose new people to new music.

For the first installation, here is the king of dabke, Syrian hipster, Omar Souleyman.
This was shot very simply with a Lumix GF1 at Union Transfer in Philly on June 5th.

Enjoy it.
And start sending me your videos.
