It was a crazy day at the registration space. Lots of guests coming in to get credentials and get sorted for Opening Night.
At 8pm we headed over to the MIA grounds for a rehearsal on stage for our performance of the Blue Badge Blues that was to take place during the opening ceremony.
It was quite a rush being up on that giant stage (even if it was with no one in the crowd). We left with a feeling of confidence and excitement to perform in front of 3000+ people on Opening Night.
Sadly, the performance got pulled the next morning.
Why?
Not completely sure but have some ideas.
Only thing that was positive was that the Opening Night was going to be insane.
And it surely was.
