Where to start?

In the midst of working every single day for a month on DFI's eight 10minute films (by our very talented group of students), a lot has happened outside of these shoots.
Let me try to recall the major highlights from the passed few weeks:

• My new roommate, Tony, looks almost identical to Tom Selleck (if Tom Selleck were Palestinian)
• Manuel is back in Doha (rockin a mini puff reminiscent of a failed East Harlem drug dealer in the late 1980's)
• Over the course of 3 shoots, I have been injured 4 times..... 2 requiring hospital visits

1. A cricked neck during the first shoot was fixed up after a trip to Alfardan for a massage
2. Suffered serious heat exhaustion, heat stroke and dehydration during the second shoot (Hospital visit 1 for IV drips)
3. Broke two toes on my right foot while trying to catch a canary ("Wackass") in my apartment
4. Suffered from a strange allergic reaction on my hands from pearl diving yesterday (Hospital visit #2 for an injection in the butt and some medicine for my fingers)

• I have lost all concept of time, day, and date. I only judge things by how many days into a shoot we are and how many days left until the next one.
  
• Found some pretty amazing David Bowie shirts in a store in Villagio (as if this is a major turning point in the past few weeks haha)
• And I guess last but not least..... got an AMAZING apartment on The Pearl. I would post some pictures now but I dont think they do it much justice at this stage in the game. All I can say about it is, it puts NY Millionaire apartments to shame. Ben, JP, and I will be moving in during the first week on August. Photos will follow.
