Pop Up Ads and Where in the World Radio

I was checking the old hotmail account yesterday when I noticed something very strange on the side bar (the tradition pop up ad section of the page). I am used to seeing "Shoot George Bush" games and "Which of these 3 guys is a Jonas Brother? Click him and win an iPod Nano"....
but these ones were different.
They were for Financial Aid.
I wish I knew how a Manson looking caveman and/or a dancing nude woman reflect the people that need financial aid.
